Since February 2025, Inner Journey began a weekly blog project—an intentional commitment to reflection, meaning-making, and connection beyond the therapy room.

Over time, this writing practice has become one of the most meaningful ways we stay in relationship with those who are currently working with us, have worked with us in the past, or are considering beginning their work here. Some readers have been with us since the beginning; many joined along the way.

As we come to the end of the year, we want to pause and reflect on this body of work. Below is a review of our 2025 blog writing, organized by category—an invitation to revisit, explore, or begin, at your own pace.
