Drawing on Jungian psychology, this blog explores why reclaiming one’s own center is vital for women’s mental health—and how individuation helps us step out of the shadows and into our own light.

Travel isn’t just a change in scenery—it can open a doorway within. In Jungian terms, travel invites us into a liminal space, where we step away from the familiar and return subtly transformed.
